Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from damage, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or order number is required.
  • Where Purchased: Items must be purchased directly from planetmode.net. Purchases made through third-party retailers must be returned through those retailers.

Exchanges

  • Size & Color Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or defective.
  • Gift Returns: Items received as gifts can be exchanged or refunded to a Planet Mode store credit.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes.Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For international orders, return shipping must also be covered by the customer unless the item is defective.

Q: Can I exchange instead of returning?
A: Yes, you can request a free exchange for the same item in a different size or color, while supplies last.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Q: My item arrived damaged or defective—what should I do?
A: Please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll provide a free return label and issue a replacement or refund.

Q: Can I return sale items?
A: Only items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable. Other discounted items can be returned or exchanged under the same guidelines.

Q: I received Planet Mode as a gift. Can I return it?
A: Yes, we can provide store credit for the return if you have the order number or original purchaser's email.
